A sound bath is a form of meditation where you are bathed in sound waves from sound healing instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Japanese singing ring and the gong which allows a deep healing to take place on a cellular and soul level. The sound waves bring a sense of relaxation allowing stress release and dissolving energy blockages within the body. The sound bath is performed together with Kundalini yoga in the form of gentle exercise, breathwork and chanting.
