About the Event
A kundalini sound bath is a form of meditation where you are bathed in sound waves from sound healing instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Japanese singing ring and the gongs (Earth -  brings in the frequencies of Mother Gaia and Moon connecting us to the frequencies of the Feminine Divine) which allows a deep healing to take place on a cellular and soul level. The sound waves bring a sense of relaxation allowing stress release and dissolving energy blockages within the body. The sound bath is performed together with Kundalini yoga in the form of gentle exercise, breathwork and chanting. Intimate group creating a safe and sacred temple of healing.
