Cancellation Policy.

CONSENT & CANCELLATION POLICY CLIENT’S CONSENT Please ensure you have read the information below before booking your Transference Healing® Session with Nina Carrozzo. I understand that Transference Healing® is an alchemical frequency and ascension modality which does not require physical contact during a session and that in no way substitutes for medical interventions or psychotherapy. I understand that Transference Healing® does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Transference Healing® can complement medical treatment, and that relaxation and stress reduction can aid the body to heal itself. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body can require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal. Accept full responsibility for my own self care/personal development and decisions in regards to my health and well-being and I understand that any information offered by the energy healer is advice only and does not come with any guarantees of effectiveness. I further understand that I must communicate any levels of discomfort during the healing session, and I indemnify Nina Carrozzo against all adverse reaction, sustained as a result of the healing treatment. TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY Please ensure you read through the following Terms and Policies. By using this website or registering for any services offered by Nina Carrozzo, you are automatically agreeing to abide by the Terms and Policies. We reserve the right to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, website or policies at any time without prior notice. CLIENT BOOKINGS You can either book an appointment by contacting Nina Carrozzo via email or by Booking Online. You will be able to choose your preferred appointment type and follow the online prompts to book your session. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS You can reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48 hours before your Transference Healing® session. If you need to reschedule after this time please email The Spiritual Studio at nina@thespiritualstudio.com.au. Nina will do her best to reschedule a time that is mutually suitable. Please note fees may apply for appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate you notifying Nina as early as possible so that we may release the booking to someone else. CANCELLATIONS If you require to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact The Spiritual Studio via email at nina@thespiritualstudio.com.au. Please note your appointment/workshops/events requires preparation time, please be mindful of this and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule. CANCELLATION FEES Less than 48 hrs notice when cancelling/rescheduling will be charged 50% of total session /workshop price. Event: Due to event preparation less than 48hrs notice when cancelling will be charged full event fee. No shows: Full fee will be charged. Workshop: • Deposit is required upon registration – Non refundable. This is to ensure that your training manual and product inclusions are here and ready for your training session • The Balance of the training price - Less than 48hrs notice when cancelling/rescheduling will be charged 50% of the training price (Training Price is defined as Total Workshop Price Less Deposit for materials). ARRIVING LATE Your appointment session will commence on time regardless of your late arrival time. Your session will finish at the allocated time and the full session fee will be charged. REFUNDS If you require to cancel your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be issued a full refund. If you provided less than 48 hours’ notice you will be refunded minus any cancellation fees incurred. A full refund will be provided, if any sessions are cancelled by Nina Carrozzo. Due to preparation and energy exchange, refunds will not be provided for any service after it has been conducted.
